Do not Make Excuses
Do you know what is free education exactly is? It is subsidized education, which is provided free for students. You do not have to cover the tuition fees at all. Free education is different in all the countries.
Some countries have free primary education, and some other types of the compulsory education are also free. In Sweden and Finland, foreign students have a great opportunity to educate themselves also free of charge.
England and Germany has its own point of view at the free of charge education, however, one has also an opportunity to receive free education even there.
In such, still developing countries as Sri Lanka the all education is free of charge for everybody who wants to get a diploma, even including the higher education.
Sometimes, one can find free of charge education in programs in the internet, being an on-line students and a participant of the distance learning. The options there are really good.
In conclusion, I would like to tell, that if the person wants to receive the education, he or she will get it. It does not matter whether he or she will find a full free of charge education or only some part of it will be covered. Do not make the excuse that you do not have money.
